The RASC (Royal Army Service Corps) was largely responsible for all land, coastal and lake transportation of most military supplies and goods.  This ensign is woolen, the swords are stitched on, bunting has rope stitched in with wooden dowel to one end.  There are a few holes to the body.  It measures 18x36".
